Hi, I'm Monica -- an executive and leadership coach, but also a real person, with hopes and dreams and goals and fears, just like you!
I want to share with you the system I'm using that has helped me: Dream bigger, manage my fears around taking bold actions, and put into practice habits and actions that are creating for myself results beyond what I previously thought was possible.
I want to share this with you so you can make 2023 your best year ever.
Have you in past years made new year's resolutions only to leave them by the wayside before January is over? Perhaps you've tried creating a vision board and 'manifesting' your desires? Or, maybe you've tried creating S.M.A.R.T. goals, but were left feeling uninspired or distracted a few months later?
In this workshop, we'll explore the reasons why we leave our goals, resist real change, and stay stuck. We will also discover tools and a structure to support you in making lasting change.
If you follow my system, you will make the changes required to achieve your goals.
In this two part workshop, you will:
Learn a goal setting process unlike anything else you’ve seen before - one that uses all parts of your brain: the analytical/linear/planner part AND your non-linear/creative/subconscious mind.
Create results AND enjoy the process of creating them.
Create YOUR vision and goals for 2023 that has you thinking bigger and accomplishing more, all while feeling calmer and more resilient than ever before.
Feel calmer and more resilient as you work towards your goals.
Create a new, more powerful context vs. staying stuck in the world that you currently experience.
Without being a pessimist, powerfully build failure and learning into your plan, so you will accomplish your goals despite the inevitable curve balls that life tends to throw at us.
You imagine, evaluate and overcome obstacles in advance using powerful mindset shifts so that when things get a little rocky, you have the resources and resilience to flow with reality and keep moving forward.
You’ll create a plan that will have you enjoying the journey as well as the destination.
Creating change requires a few things:
1. Vision, inspiration or desire.
2. Commitment to change.
3. Discipline to take consistent action.
4. Tools to manage your fears, hesitations and mental challenges that inevitably appear because a. you are human and b. life happens.
The system I'm going to teach you in this workshop addresses all of these things, so you'll be setup for success in 2023!
December 15th: Learn the process and build your vision.
January 5th: Share your vision and plan, get support improving it.
(plan on spending 1-3 hours on your own, developing your plan between the 2 sessions)
