What wants to come through you?

A 2 day, in person, intensive

February 7th and 8th, Portland, Oregon

We are shifting the question from

“What do you want?”

to “What wants to come through you?”

You’ll leave this workshop with more clarity, and a sense of purpose that leads to inspired action… without having to make yourself do the hard things.

This workshop is for you if…

  1. You’re feeling a call to step outside of your comfort zone.

  2. You are feeling “meh” about life, feeling like there must be something more than traditional “success”.

  3. You’re heading into a transitional point in life – retirement, a career shift, empty-nest, etc.

  4. You want more purpose in life.

Join me if you want to:

  1. Integrate your past experiences into true wisdom and purpose.

  2. Learn what you need to release to step into your true power.

  3. Discover and align more deeply with your purpose.

  4. Improve your relationship with fear and learn why it's a signal you're on the right path.

About your Guide:

I’ve been practicing and leading groups in Ontology (The Study of Being) for the past 3 and a half years, as well as working with modalities such as shadow work and somatic practices like breathwork and vocalization.

Through my training, my own experience, and my practice of leading and coaching people, I’ve found certain tools that can shift our experience of life and our results. I want to share these with you in this workshop.

FAQs:

What will we be doing?  We will be learning the foundational elements of Ontology - who we are at our core or “essence”, and how we’ve adapted our true nature to adapt to the society, culture and family that influenced us. We’ll be reviewing and releasing the past; feeling into what is ready to be released. There will be time for solo reflection and small group exercises. We’ll probably do some movement, connection, and mindfulness activities depending on what wants to come through for us as a group. There will be an opportunity to get supported by me with whatever is challenging you now.

What if I’m not comfortable with a particular exercise? All activities are encouraged, but not required. You can play at your own comfort level.

What should I bring? Bring a sack lunch as the venue is remote from restaurants. I’ll have some snacks available. We’ll have access to a full kitchen if you need to store or prep food.  Bring a journal and your favorite writing implement. Bring comfortable clothing and weather-appropriate layers in case you want to spend some time outdoors (optional).

How many people will be there?  I’m limiting attendees to 12. This will be an intimate experience.

Where will this be?   At a home 20 minutes west of downtown Portland. It’s a natural setting with towering oak trees. Bring weather-appropriate clothing in case you want to get inspired by the birds, the wind, and the trees.

What is the seating like? We’ll be in a large area with plenty of seating on sofas. You may wish to sit on the floor (we have backjacks and cushions for comfort).
